On Monday, a Malayali child was shot and killed in Philadelphia, USA. Jude Chacko, 21, was reportedly attacked by unidentified individuals while he was walking home from work.
Jude was the child of Asha, a resident of Kottarakkara, Kerala, and Roy, a local of Malaperoor, Ayoor. In the US, the family has settled. Jude reportedly last traveled to Kerala six years ago.
The funeral is anticipated to take place on Saturday at a Malankara Catholic church in Philadelphia.

According to authorities, a 16-year-old Montgomery County resident was shot and died in North Philadelphia. It occurred on the 2400 block of North Clarion Street around 12:10 a.m. on Monday.
The adolescent, according to police, was shot once in the head. At the scene, he was identified as deceased. Keivon Abraham of Abington has been named as the offender.
There have been no detentions. The inquiry is still ongoing.
