Tiffany Myerscough Phillips a family of Trina released a statement following her death;
Words can’t explain the pain we feel I lost my best friend, my everything, our family’s everything. She was the prettiest soul inside & out, she worried & took care of everybody the most selfless person I know. She had a special relationship with all of us we all felt like her favorite but yet she didn’t have a favorite we were all her favorite, she cheered us all on if she couldn’t be there she called before & after to see how it went we were always on her mind & in her thoughts. All while taking care of us she was an amazing care giver for our father she was a special angel to my dad & he was damn lucky she was so good to him. Mom you were the best you worked so hard for all of us you can now get your rest & have the peace you deserve fly high you beautiful angel, we love you always family was your everything.
Brad Green wrote on his Facebook account, “What I have learned in the last year is to always make sure that the people you love know. My family has lost so much in the last year that it feels like we are in a fog. We truly lost one of the best today and I am not sure where to go from here. She was the best aunt that anyone could have asked for but truthfully she was like another parent to me. She was always there when I needed her and would support me no matter what happened.
Brad added, “She wasn’t just an aunt to me, but she was my friend. She had the biggest heart of anyone I know and loved her family to the fullest. She was the best wife, mother, Maw-maw, sister, aunt, friend, and so many more titles could be listed. I will forever be grateful for the time I had with her, but it just wasn’t long enough. I love you Trina Hutchison Myerscough and you will always be in my heart.”
