The best part of Zumba®, to me, is the lives that I’ve touched, and the people who have reached deep down into my soul and friendships that have been created over the years. I am a better person because of what I do. It thrills me to see the personal growth that my students achieve through simple “fun”! Many come to reap the physical aspects of Zumba®, but so many have come to “de-stress”, to”recover”, to gain confidence, and heal. Many of you came to your first class a bit shy, unsure and a little backward. Now…you are my “front row” divas. You have learned that letting go and having fun is “good for you”. Zumba® is good for your soul. It’s good for your body. And it’s GREAT for your mind.
