Byron Messia and 2 others Injured in Car Accident in St. Mary

According to reports, deejay Byron Messia from St. Kitts and Nevis was involved in a car accident early on Saturday in St. Mary that wounded two other people.

According to reports, Messia, real name Dylan Byron, and his buddies were traveling in Junction St. Mary at around 6:20 a.m. on Saturday when the accident happened. First responders can be seen at the scene of the collision next to Messia’s severely damaged car in video from the accident.

The deejay for the Taliban is believed to have escaped the collision with only minor scrapes and bruises, but two of his pals are alleged to have been taken to the hospital in critical condition.

A member of the Taliban singer’s entourage was reportedly driving the BMW when it horrifyingly crashed and tumbled down a cliff. The number-one musician on the charts claims that he is grateful for a second opportunity at life and that he is hoping for the quick recovery of his buddies.

“I have to give thanks to the most high for spearing my life and the lives of my friends this morning and I am praying for a speedy recovery for my friends who got hurt in the accident. Greatness comes with obstacles and I want my fans to know that I am in good spirits and I will continue to my musical journey.”

Details regarding what caused the crash have not yet been revealed. Messia shared a short video of a bloody shirt and sneakers on Instagram and wrote, “Thanks fe a next chance.”

Prior to the accident, the Jamaican-born artiste performed at the Taboo nightclub in Kingston on Friday night.
