Brett Huslig released a statement following the death of Grant Frink;

Grant, you weren’t just my cousin. You were the cousin my age getting into mischief together at Grammy and Papa’s whenever we could. The friend I could go to no matter the situation or time of day, you were always there. The influence who got me out of my shyness growing up and helping me explore the infinite adventures life can hold.

I remember the times you took me to Wilson lake blasting Redneck Yacht Club on the radio and always gave me shotgun so we could catch up, or my first real party my junior year of highschool that “didn’t” get busted and we swore to never tell my mom so she wouldn’t kill me. Filling in on the co-ed softball team that turned into haircuts in your kitchen and a get together that night for all your friends. The last time we hung out and both were too tired from work so we turned on the TV and both slept the rest of the day. There were many firsts and countless more adventures I will forever cherish with you.

Rest easy Grant, we’ll meet again
