A tragic motorcycle accident that occurred on Monday morning is being looked into by the Manteca Police Department.
Just before nine in the morning, according to the police, it occurred on West Yosemite Avenue close to Fishback Road.
They claim that a woman was trying to turn her SUV into Fishback while a man was traveling east on a motorcycle on the same route.
The SUV and the motorcycle collided. The biker suffered catastrophic injuries and passed away on the spot. Although DUI was not a factor in the collision, according to the police, preliminary evidence suggests speed may have been.

According to Manteca police, a man has died when his motorcycle collided with a fire hydrant. The collision took place at West Atherton Drive and Langum Way on Wednesday just after 9:30 p.m.
According to police, a man and a woman were riding the motorcycle when it crashed. Both were brought to the hospital, but the man eventually passed away as a result of his wounds.
